Before you log in to Zingly, complete this quick checklist so Zingly can connect to the right Facebook Page and enable posting.
This guide helps you connect Zingly correctly the first time.
Step 1 is required and should be checked first before you add anything.
Setup usually takes 2 to 5 minutes.
Zingly needs direct Facebook Page Access before it can publish to your Facebook Page and Instagram account.
Your Page may appear during Facebook login, but posting only works when the Facebook profile you use for Zingly has Full Control under Page Access.
To check Page Access
If your profile is not listed, add the Facebook profile you want to use with Zingly under Page Access and give it Full Control.
Critical: The connection will not be successful until the new person clicks 'Accept Invite' strictly within their Facebook mobile app notifications. Do NOT use a desktop computer or log into the Meta Business Suite / Business Portfolio to accept this invite, as doing so will block the connection.
You can connect Instagram now or come back later.
Zingly can post to Facebook first. Instagram posting only works when your Instagram account is a professional account and connected to your Facebook Page.
Set up an Instagram Business account
If your Instagram account is not already a Business or Creator account, follow Instagram's guide:
Set up an Instagram Business account
Connect Instagram to your Facebook Page
To allow Zingly to post to Instagram, your Instagram professional account must be connected to the correct Facebook Page.
Add or change the Facebook Page connected to Instagram
Note: You can skip Instagram setup during your first Zingly login. If you connect Instagram later, log out of Zingly and log back in with Facebook so Zingly can refresh your access.
Once Facebook Page Access is ready, log in to Zingly using the Facebook profile that has Full Control of your business Page.
During Facebook login, Meta may ask which Pages and Instagram accounts you want to allow Zingly to access.
This step is important.
Important: Make sure you select the Facebook Page and Instagram account for the same business.
You can still continue with Facebook posting. Instagram can be connected later.
To enable Instagram posting later:
Log out of Zingly and log back in with Facebook.
During login:
This refreshes your Zingly connection.
Before you continue, make sure:
Once this is complete, Zingly can enable posting for your account.
