Before you log in to Zingly, complete this quick checklist so Zingly can connect to the right Facebook Page and Instagram Business Account and enable posting.
This guide helps you connect Zingly correctly the first time.
Step 1 is required and should be checked first before you connect Zingly.

If the wrong Business Portfolio, Facebook Page, or Instagram account is selected during login, Zingly will not be able to publish correctly.
You can update or reconnect your accounts anytime by logging out and re-login to Zingly.
Instagram business account must be linked to Facebook page for successful onboardng to Zingly.
Zingly can post to Facebook first. Instagram posting only works when your Instagram account is a professional account and connected to your Facebook Page.

To allow Zingly to post to Instagram, your Instagram professional account must be connected to the correct Facebook Page.
Once Zinlgy pre-requisite for onboarding is confirmed as part of step 1 &2, log in to Zingly using the Facebook profile that has Full Control of your business portfolio.
