4. Can Zingly create posts for me automatically?
Yes! Zingly workflow generates smart captions and visuals tailored to your business type. You can edit and post or schedule to post later.
5. Can I post to Instagram and Facebook together?
Absolutely. One post — two platforms.
6. Can I edit captions or images before posting?
Of course! Zingly gives you full control. You can adjust text, change visuals, or upload your own content.
7. Does Zingly offer post scheduling?
Yes. Once you have created a post, you can set your preferred posting day and time — Zingly takes care of the rest.
8. Can I see how my posts are performing?
Yes — you'll get insights on engagement and post reach, helping you understand what content works best.

ServiceM8 Auto Post

9. Is ServiceM8 Auto posting paid only feature?
Yes, ServiceM8 auto posting is a paid feature and comes with the Zing UP plan. Upgrade to Zing UP to connect your ServiceM8 account and start turning your job photos into social media posts automatically.
10. How do I connect and configure ServiceM8 on Zingly?
From your Zingly dashboard, go to Menu → My Account → Connect With ServiceM8 and follow the prompts to authorize the connection. Once connected, you can configure your posting preferences like small caption, emojis on or off and review required or set to auto pilot.
11. How do I review ServiceM8 auto posts?
All ServiceM8 auto-generated posts that require your review appear in your Zingly dashboard under "Scheduled Posts". You can access them through Menu → My Posts or by clicking the "View All" link on your Zingly dashboard. You can edit the caption, reject, or approve the post as-is before it goes live on your social media accounts.

Additionally, an email reminder is sent to your email address for any pending reviews each day.
12. Why aren't my posts appearing on Instagram and Facebook?
There are several reasons why your ServiceM8 auto posts might not be appearing:

1. ServiceM8 Job Requirements — Ensure you've tagged job photos with "zingly" and that the job has been marked as completed in ServiceM8.

2. Facebook Login Issue — If your Facebook password has changed, you'll need to log out of Zingly and reconnect. Go to Menu → My Account → Logout, then log back in to refresh your Facebook connection.

3. ServiceM8 Connection Expired — Your ServiceM8 token may have expired and needs to be renewed. Follow the reconnection steps outlined in item 10 above to restore the connection.

13. Is there a free plan?
Yes — the Zing In plan lets you explore Zingly for free. Perfect for trying before upgrading.
14. What are the differences between Zing In, Zing Up, and Zing X?
Zing In – Free plan to stay active with basic tools.

Zing Up – Smart AI captions, image generation and scheduling.

Zing X – Advanced features (Coming Soon)
15. Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Zingly plan anytime directly from My Account - My Subscription page.

If you cancel, your plan will stay active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual), and no refunds are issued for the remaining time. Your access simply ends when that period expires — no hidden fees, no lock-ins.

Account & Setup

16. How do I connect my socials?
Just log in using your Facebook account (it covers both Facebook and Instagram Business). Zingly uses Meta's secure, approved APIs.
17. Do I need a business account?
Yes — Zingly works with Instagram business accounts and Facebook Business Pages. Personal accounts aren't supported.
18. My account isn't connecting when logging via Facebook — what should I do?
If this issue occurs while using Zingly on mobile, we suggest below options:

Check if you have proper access permissions to your Facebook page. See our detailed guide here.

In case you are getting "Unable to Process request due to missing initial state" error, follow the steps below:
1. Open Chrome settings & Privacy and Security
2. Delete browsing data specially facebook.com & any reference to Zingly
3. Allow 3rd party cookies
4. Clear site settings/all settings under chrome settings for facebook.com and zingly.com.au
5. Close all browser tabs
6. Try logging in again to Zingly
7. If it still doesn't work, try a different browser (Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Samsung Internet, or Safari)
19. How do I set up an Instagram business account?

Privacy & Security

21. Is my data safe?
Absolutely. Zingly never stores your passwords. All connections are handled securely through Meta's API and comply with Australian privacy standards.
21. Does Zingly post without permission?
No, it only automatically publishes posts you scheduled through Zingly.
22. How can I delete my account or data?
You can request your account to be deleted by contacting us at admin@zingly.com.au.
