Let's fix the "No Page Access" message in Zingly

Why you can't access your Page?

Meta has a bug that often makes the Business Portfolio Owner "invisible" to apps like Zingly. Even if you have full control, Meta's security can block your personal profile.

The Fix: You must add a second person (like a partner, staff member, or family member) as an Admin. Using a "fresh" user is the only way to bypass this error and create post via Zingly.

💡 Meta recommends having at least two admins for every business page. It's your "emergency backup key"—if your main account ever gets locked or hacked, your second admin can get you back in.

Refer to the following steps for the fix.

Step 1: Add a profile from Page Access

Follow the icons exactly as you see them on Facebook

  • Switch to your Facebook Page for your business you want to connect.
  • Click ⚙️ Settings under Settings & Privacy (gear icon).
  • Select 🔑 Page Access.
  • (If you don't see it, use the 🔍 search bar at the top of Settings and type Page Access.)
  • Click Add New (under People with Facebook Access).
  • Search for a partner, staff member, or family member. (Meta often blocks you from adding yourself if you are already the owner of business portfolio).
  • Toggle Full control.
  • Click Give Access.
  • The person must then:
    - Switch to their personal Facebook profile
    - Accept the invite via Facebook notifications (mobile or desktop) or via email.

Critical: The connection will fail until the new person clicks 'Accept Invite' in their Facebook notifications or email.

Step 2: Reconnect Zingly

  • Go to 🌐 app.zingly.com.au.
  • Click Continue with Facebook & use the profile you added in Step 1 after invitation is accepted.
  • Click Edit Settings, select Instagram account, then select facebook page and Tap Allow all on permission screen.
  • Your Page will now connect correctly.
