This page provides instructions for users who wish to delete their Zingly account and all associated data. This includes instructions for Facebook Login users and platform reviewer reference.

Quick Account Deletion (Recommended)

Send an email request from your account address to admin@zingly.com.au with subject "Delete my Zingly data"
The data deletion request could take up to 60 days to process.

This permanently removes your profile, connected social tokens, generated images (Firebase Storage), scheduled/posted content logs (Firestore), and analytics associated with your account.

What Data Gets Deleted

Account profile (name, email, subscription tier)
Connected Meta/Facebook tokens and IDs
Generated & uploaded media in Firebase Storage
Posts, schedules, and usage logs in Firestore
Analytics data associated with your account

What May Be Retained

Minimal billing records (e.g., Stripe IDs & invoices) required for tax/audit compliance
Security/abuse logs for a short period as required by law

These are limited, non-content records and cannot be used to reconstruct your posts or personal information.

Data stores: Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Firebase Storage; optional Stripe for billing
Upon confirmed deletion we revoke social tokens and purge associated Firestore collections and Storage objects
